About the project
It is an event of world's children and family films. The festival pinpoints the popularization of world's cinema and animation, which communicate such human values as kindness, friendship, family, love, beauty, nature, talent, creativity, diligence, culture, etc.
Annually 2500 applications from 100 countries are sent to the organizing committee of the festival. On average 12-15 thousand people across Tyumen region visit the event.

About festivals
International and national contests are held during the festival in the following categories: full- and short-length live-action films, animation films, documentaries and popular-science films.
Films are evaluated by a board of professional jury that includes film critics, film experts, producers, directors, animators, honoured artists and people's artists of Russia. Workshops in acting, film directing and animation are performed during the festival for children and youth.

Among experts during festivals we have welcomed director and producer Vladimir Grammatikov, actor Yuri Nazarov, composer Grigori Gladkov, cinema and theater actor Evgeni Voskresenskiy, Yuri Kuznetcov, film critic Kirill Razlogov, actor Dmitri Barkov, director Vladimir Alenikov, director Vladimir Fenchenko, animated films director Leonid Nosyrev, director of the film studio "Soyuzmultfilm" Boris Mashkovcev, co-founder of the studio "Pilot" Valentin Telegin, composer Marina Landa, producer Aleksandr Zamyslov, director Vladimir Kott, voice-over actor Marianna Schulz, as well as directors, producers and organizers of film festivals for children and youth from France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, the USA, Iran, Japan, South Korea.

Every year within the framework of the festival a forum devoted to film education is organized for educators, parents, experts in the field of culture and youth policy. Skillful experts in the area of film and media education share methodological approaches to incorporate cinema and animation in the educational system with the participants. Filmmakers receive requests from school educators on the most topical issues to be screened at schools.
